Autumn is the perfect time to plant trees for life, and we are delighted to announce that 1,2,Tree fruit festival is returning on 11^th & 12^th September.

We cannot wait to welcome you back for a fun-packed family friendly weekend, full of free activities, fruit trees and food!

The 1 2 Tree campaign aims to shine light on our extensive fruit tree selection, and the family-fun which can be had from growing you own in your garden, and our dedicated horticultural expert, Simon Bax will be on hand to ensure you find the perfect fruit tree for your outdoor space.

Timetable of events over 11^th & 12^th September:

• Resident fruit tree expert

Simon Bax will be on hand to answer your fruit tree queries, explain the best practices to get the most from your trees and identify any fruit you may have growing in your garden!

 

• Children’s Treasure Hunt

A children’s treasure hunt will be happening all weekend, simply pick up your entry card from The Customer Service Desk. Be sure to check all corners of the store to find all the fruit!

 

• FREE giveaway for every Fruit Tree purchased

We are delighted to be offering a FREE pack of apples with any fruit trees purchased all weekend (Saturday & Sunday) for all be inspired members. Not a member? Simply sign up in store or online!

 

• Children’s Art Competition

Open to children of all ages, this art competition's theme will be fruit trees and magical gardens. Draw, paint or collage and interpret the theme however you’d like!

Bring the completed artwork in to store between 11^th & 12^th September to be in with a chance of winning a children’s gift card worth £25!

 

• Fruity sampling

We will be offering exclusive fruity sampling all weekend, so be sure to try them when you're joining us!

 

• FREE fresh fruit for little ones

1x Apple, Pear or Banana equals 1 of your 5 a day! And children can indulge in fresh fruit from our dedicated crate in the Food Hall all weekend.

 

• Your chance to win. . .

Open to adults of all ages, this competition is to judge your home grown fruit and vegetables.

Bring your ripest apples, juiciest plums or luscious cherries to be judged by our resident expert, Simon Bax, in to store between 11th & 12th September to be in with a chance of winning a gift card worth £25!
